Participants will learn about and experience first-hand the stages of team development. Teams will be created and encouraged to immerse themselves in the content in preparation for a team challenge at the conclusion of the program that will test the growth and cohesiveness of their team.

• Duration is 8 months
• This monthly program will run 8:30-11:30am
• First and last sessions will be in-person; all other sessions will be held on Zoom
• Program fee can be paid in installments over the 8-month program
