The mission of Compass Point’s Leadership Development work is to cultivate and develop your leadership team, recognizing that the growth of your leaders is paramount to scale your company. We aim to help your leaders think intentionally about the impact they want to make on the world through their leadership legacy.
We offer two program options, limited to 10-15 people in a group:
CORPORATE PROGRAMS
All attendees are from the same company and the program is conducted at your workplace.
On-site corporate training can start anytime.
MULTI-COMPANY CLASS
A group comprised of one to two people from a variety of companies and industries, meeting virtually to minimize the amount of time key executives need to be away from their work.

Program
Our consultants will work with your company to help construct a program that is tailored to meet your mentoring vision and needs. We will train your mentors and provide you with the infrastructure to continue with a program champion from your organization.
Communications Workshop
This six-part Communication Workshop Series helps teams learn and practice active listening skills, develop effective communication strategies, strengthen their ability to have “tough” conversations and define intentional interaction norms for internal and external communications.
